The Regional Employers' & Educators' Job Fair brings together employers from a wide range of industries, including K–12 school districts, educational organizations, State of New Mexico agencies, and regional employers, to connect with New Mexico State University students, alumni, and job seekers. This premier hiring event combines the former Employment Extravaganza and Educators' Job Fair into one comprehensive recruiting experience, showcasing career opportunities in education, business, healthcare, government, technology, engineering, agriculture, nonprofit organizations, and many other fields.

Connect with the next generation of talent! Whether you are hiring for internships, cooperative education experiences, seasonal positions, part-time roles, or full-time careers, you'll have the opportunity to engage with a diverse pool of qualified candidates, including freshmen exploring career paths, upper-class students preparing to enter the workforce, graduating seniors, alumni, and experienced professionals.

Employers representing K–12 school districts, higher education, and educational organizations can also connect with candidates pursuing careers as teachers, administrators, counselors, nurses, social workers, and professionals across a wide range of academic disciplines. Candidates interested in both traditional and alternative licensure pathways are encouraged to attend, providing employers with access to an even broader pipeline of future education professionals.

The fair is held in person, allowing employers and candidates to engage in meaningful conversations, build professional connections, and discuss current and future employment opportunities. Participating organizations may conduct interviews at their discretion.

Employer Registration Fees:

• $300.00 without Electricity Access (registration includes up to 2 representatives, 2 meal tickets, and two parking passes)
• $350.00 with Electricity Access (registration includes up to 2 representatives, 2 meal tickets, and two parking passes)
• Each additional representative: $50.00 (maximum of 2 additional representatives)
